How much will my project cost?
We gladly offer upfront estimates on any project you can imagine. Contact us and request a no obligation estimate. We strongly feel that – like when choosing any professional – cost alone may not be the most important factor in the equation because no two video production companies will create the same product for you.
All of our work is fully custom, which means it can often be tailored to fit a budget. You may also present us with a budget and we can tailor a production to fit within it. Our production cost estimates are based on a rate which accounts for preparation, crew, travel, materials, equipment, location, and the revisionary process.
How long will a project take to complete?
A project will be completed as swiftly as possible. We work with clients on pre-production, scripts, images, image releases, copyright releases, shooting schedules, post-production and creative meetings. For a project to move quickly, it is important for clients to know what they need and be well prepared for the production.
Contact us with the details and we will get you a no obligation cost estimate.
Will we be able to see the video before it is completed?
Yes, each project is unique but we have a variety of methods so that your organization is involved and able to make changes prior to the final cut.
Are you able to provide on-screen talent and voice-over talent for my video?
Yes, we have a large pool of talented actors and voice-over professionals at your disposal.
Do you film weddings?
No, we do not film or produce ‘live event’ wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsals, rehearsal dinners, etc. However, if you are looking to have a video shown at your wedding such as a bride/groom documentary style interview, we are happy to help. We highly recommend and refer all ‘live event’ wedding productions to AllStyle Productions for wedding videography.
We are on the fence about a professional production company; we’ve got students, interns, and iPhone cams.
You probably don’t normally stake your organization’s marketing presence on the work of students and interns. Just like you, we have dedicated our lives to our field – in our case, the art and science of video production. We’ve invested huge resources into education and equipment specifically designed to produce a high-end broadcast quality video.
Professional experience, crew, cameras, sound, and management make all the difference in the world. We treat clients professionally and have developed an impeccable reputation for quality work and service.
Where will my video be filmed?
Anywhere you’d like! On location, in-studio, or anywhere in between. We’ve even traveled to the far reaches of the South Pacific and the wilderness of Alaska to film.
Can I provide you with media materials to use such as video, photos, music, etc?
Yes, any digital format or hard copy is acceptable but, it is your responsibility to make sure that all of your media is copyright-free or the copyright holder has approved it’s use.
Can you provide me with raw footage you shoot?
Yes, we can provide you with uncompressed files in a format of your choosing.
Can you change my video after it’s been edited?
Yes, and a good way to think of a video project is to imagine a custom home. Moving the placement of doors and windows after your home is built can be much more time consuming; certain changes may also become limited. The best method is to be as specific as possible from the earliest stages of your production.
Most projects are quoted with a “fine cut” draft which you can review and submit changes. Your price estimate and/or quote will specify how many revisions (cuts) are included.
Do you require a deposit on productions?
Yes, 50% of the total is required as a deposit to begin every production.
