WideAngle Studios Wraps up this May on Video Production with 4Results Mentoring

WideAngle Studios recently wrapped up post-production of a short promotional video with Vancouver based, 4Results Mentoring Program. We’re honored to be assisting one of the nation’s premiere mentoring programs and are proud to help tell their powerful and touching story.

“4Results is a nationally recognized, award winning mentoring program that serves local children with the greatest needs. Qualified adults are matched with children ages 7-18 who reside in Clark County, Washington and are either receiving mental health services, in foster care, children of prisoners or for any other reason considered high-risk youth.

Children are referred by their mental health therapist or, in some cases, by their caregivers and are identified as needing a consistent, trustworthy adult to act as a role model.

Adult volunteers must commit to meeting with their matched child 1-3 hours a week for a minimum of 12 months and must pass an FBI fingerprint background check. Volunteers receive 15- 20 hours of pre-match training before being qualified as mentors. Mentors and youth receive case management support throughout the mentoring relationship.

4Results has two separate mentoring programs: a community based program and a school based program.  In both programs, mentors choose the youth they want to mentor.”
